Located on the eastside of the island, Channel View Retreat #4 is a two story, two-bedroom townhouse. This property faces the water so you will be accessing through the back entrance. Walking in you the first thing you will notice is the spectacular views.  You are walking into a well equipped kitchen that has all of the necessities to whip up your favorite meal! It also has a dining area with seating for six. The living room features a sofa that pulls out to be a full size bed. There is also a TV for those rainy days or movie nights! Through the sliding glass doors, you can see plenty of boats, kayakers, birds, and the lighthouse right from the living room! Or better yet, step out onto the porch and enjoy the salty breeze! There is a half bathroom that completes the first floor. Heading up to the second floor of this townhouse, there are two bedrooms that each have a queen size bed. There is also a full bathroom with a shower/tub combo.
This house includes WIFI central a/c, washer dryer, 3 TV's, deck, deep water dock access and is conveniently located next to the Veteran's Memorial Park with a public boat ramp that you may launch your boat from and dock it right at the property. Accommodates 6 No smoking No pets.
