As you head upstairs to the second level, two more bedrooms await: one with a queen-size bed and the other with a double bed and a twin bunk. The primary bedroom features its own private balcony, where you can enjoy the peacefulness of the channel while sipping your morning coffee.
 
Heading back downstairs, step outside to the expansive lower deck, which connects to a direct walkway leading to the deep-water fishing and crabbing pier dock. You'll find two kayak storage racks along the walkway, along with a lower water kayak launch for easy access. The dock is equipped with two folding benches/tables and a fixed bench, perfect for enjoying the stunning views. A large or small boat can easily be moored at the dock with four tie-down pilings available. The sunrise over the Assateague Channel is pretty hard to beat but on clear evenings, the stars and full moon create a phenomenal sight above the water. Additional amenities include an outdoor shower, a Weber grill for those who love to barbecue, central heat and air, Wifi, deep water dock, primary bedroom balcony, back deck, and so much more!
