This outstanding 2 story home is nestled in a serene setting of Chincoteague pines and located on a quiet dead-end street. It is immediately adjacent to Assateague Channel. As you walk in you will love the open concept of the kitchen and living room. There is an oak dining room table, kitchen with a counter bar and major appliances. The living room has a large sectional sofa, flat screen TV, and an absolutely beautiful view of the unbelievable sunrises and sunsets over the water. Also on the first level is the first bedroom with a queen-sized bed and a full bathroom for your convenience in the hallway. As you head upstairs there are two more bedrooms; one with a queen-size bed and the other with a double and bunk beds, each with newer quality bedroom furniture. There is also a full bathroom upstairs. The master bedroom upstairs has its own private balcony where you have the luxury of enjoying the peace and stillness of the channel while sipping your morning coffee. There is a large lower deck that connects with a direct walkway all the way out to the deep-water fishing and crabbing pier dock. There are two kayak storage racks along the walkway, and for ease of water entry, there's a lower water kayak launch on the northerly side of the walkway decking.  There are also two folding benches/tables, along with a fixed bench out on the dock.  A large or small boat can easily be moored at the dock, as there are four tie-down pilings.  On those clear evenings, reflecting above the water, the stars and full moon nights are phenomenal from the dock.  This house also includes an outside shower, a Weber grill for those wishing to barbecue.  Heating is via warm air and cooling is central air.
