Welcome to Tranquility Cove! This duplex is a hidden gem on the island. It is located on a quiet lane right off of Ridge Road and hosts amazing views of Fowling Creek all throughout the house. If you're looking to be here for Pony Penning and want front row seats to the Pony Walk, this house will be perfect for you!
 
As you walk into this one-story duplex you will find a spacious living room that is perfect for lounging in the air conditioning after a long day on Assateague Island. It has a cozy couch that pulls out to be a queen size sleep sofa, 2 recliners, and a flat screen TV with cable. The kitchen and dining area are fully equipped for preparing and enjoying your meals with friends and family. Open that sliding glass door and step out on your porch with a picnic table and a beautiful view of the water! This is the perfect spot to watch all of the passing birds while you are sipping your morning coffee or you can catch a glimpse of the glorious Chincoteague sunsets! Down the hall, you will find a spacious full sized bathroom with a shower/tub combo and a washer and dryer. Continuing down the hall, there are two bedrooms. The first bedroom has two twin beds and the second bedroom has a queen sized bed.
