Step inside on the first level and relax on the cozy furniture while catching your favorite movies on the flat-screen TV, all while enjoying the incredible view from the living room. Open those glass doors to let in the salty-sweet breeze. The kitchen boasts beautiful wooden cabinets and ample granite countertop space, making it perfect for preparing a delicious seafood feast in the dining area, which comfortably seats six. A convenient half bathroom is also located on this floor.
 
Upstairs, you'll find a primary bedroom featuring a queen-sized bed and its own private full bathroom. Down the hallway, there's another full bathroom and a bedroom with two twin-sized beds. You'll also pass by the laundry area, making it easy to wash out sand and keep things fresh for another day at the beach. Additional features of this home include a queen sized pull-out sleeper sofa, fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, Wi-Fi, central AC and heat, a back deck, and access to a community dock.
