Located on eastside of the island, Channel View Retreat #3 is a two story, single bedroom townhouse. Walking in, the first thing you will notice is the spectacular views! You are walking into an open concept kitchen, fully equipped for all of your cooking necessities. There is a half bathroom, and the living room features two pull out sofas and a TV for your enjoyment, but let's be honest... Through the sliding glass doors, you're going to be watching the kayakers, the birds, and the lighthouse right from the living room! Or better yet, step out onto the porch and enjoy the beautiful veiws of the channel. The second floor of this townhouse offers a spacious bedroom with a queen size bed and a full bathroom with a shower/tub combo. Off of the bedroom is a small balcony with seating for two. Enjoy the waterfront views right from your private balcony!
