Welcome to Makin' Smiles! This gorgeous two-story house is located on south main street directly across from the Chincoteague Channel.  Makin' Smiles offers a spectacular view of the famous Chincoteague sunsets and NASA rocket launches. Across the street you will find your own, private, fifty-foot dock that you can enjoy crabbing, clamming, fishing, or even just sharing memories about your Chincoteague adventures. On the first story you will find three bedrooms. Towards the back of the house,you will find the first primary bedroom. It has a queen sized bed and its own balcony that overlooks the backyard. The attached bathroom has double sinks and a tub/shower combo! Making your way down the hallway towards the front of the house, there are two more bedrooms. One bedroom has two twin beds and a flat screen TV. The second bedroom has 2 double beds and a flat screen TV, as well. There is also a full size bathroom in the hallway that hosts a tub/shower combo. As you continue through the hallway, you will find a game room that has a full sleep sofa. There is also a large screen TV with VCR/DVD, Xbox, and many games and movies. Through those glass doors, you will find a lovely screened in porch that holds an entertaining setting where you can take in the salty sweet breeze.
 
Heading upstairs to the second level, you will notice the open concept that is perfect for entertaining and spending time with your family and friends. This is the perfect place to gather your group, all while enjoying the beautiful view of the channel.The kitchen is well equipped and offers everything you will need to whip up your favorite meals! The dining area has seating for six and there is additional seating at the long breakfast bar. The living room has a flat screen TV that is accompanied with seating for everyone to relax after a long day of Chincoteague adventures! Right off of the living room is a large deck that overlooks Main Street and a view of the Channel. This is the best place to watch the NASA rocket launches! Heading down the hallway there is another primary bedroom with a king bed and its own private balcony. The bathroom has double sinks and a tub/shower combo! This floor is completed with a half bathroom.
