Nambucca is a 3-bedroom home located on the east side of the island, right next to Veteran's Memorial Park. As you pull into the driveway, the sparkling water views will greet you before you even step inside. You'll enter the home through the back entrance, which opens into a convenient laundry room. From the moment you walk in, you'll notice the cozy, welcoming atmosphere and the home's picture-perfect scenery. The spacious living room is designed for both relaxation and entertainment. Two pull-out sofas, a chair, a large flat-screen TV, and a cozy fireplace make it the perfect spot to gather. The room's layout also highlights sweeping views of the Assateague Channel. Step through the sliding glass doors and you'll find yourself on the front porch-rocking chairs perfectly placed for soaking in the salty breeze. The porch wraps around to the side of the house, where a picnic table invites you to enjoy meals outdoors while surrounded by fresh air and views.
 
From the front porch, step back into the entry corridor, which offers storage for shoes, jackets, hats, and more. Beyond the corridor, the kitchen features stainless steel appliances and a breakfast nook that's just right for morning coffee. The adjoining dining room is a true highlight of the home, with beautiful windows framing uninterrupted views of the Assateague Channel. With two dining tables, there's plenty of space for family dinners or larger gatherings.
 
Off the kitchen and dining area, you'll find two comfortable bedrooms, each with queen-sized beds and plenty of closet space. A full bathroom with a tub/shower combo sits between them. On the opposite side of the home-just off the living room-you'll discover the primary suite. Featuring a king-sized bed and private bathroom with a stand-up shower, it offers privacy and comfort, making the layout ideal for families or groups traveling together.
