Inside, take the stairs or the private elevator to the main living space on the second floor. Working remotely? You'll appreciate the dedicated office space and high-speed Wi-Fi-and trust us, the view from the desk makes any workday better. The open-concept layout is ideal for spending time together. With large windows on every wall, the home is flooded with natural light and offers panoramic views of the channel. Multiple cozy seating areas make it easy to relax with a good movie or conversation. On cooler nights, gather around the gas log fireplace for a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The elegant dining area flows into a fully equipped kitchen, where you can cook with the salty breeze flowing through the open windows. A full bathroom and waterfront porch round out this level. Upstairs, you'll discover a peaceful third-floor loft-perfect for curling up with a book-and access to a private deck with comfy Adirondack chairs. The primary suite features a plush king-size bed, a beautiful view of the channel and a luxurious en suite bath with a soaking tub and tiled walk-in shower.
