This beautiful, spacious 4-bedroom home is perfect for you if you're looking to host a big family or just to be directly on the Assateague Channel. This property has a generous fenced in front yard with a walkway leading you to the spacious front porch. As you enter the home, you are walking into the open kitchen and from the front door you will be taken away by the views this property has to offer. The bright and open kitchen allows for space to cook while also mingling with your family. The kitchen is fully stocked with all of the necessities you will need to make a meal and with plenty of counter space. There is a first-floor bedroom off of the kitchen with a queen size bed and stellar views of the Channel. A half bath and laundry room are also accessible on the first floor. The open layout of the dining and living space is perfect for gathering and you are surrounded by windows for views of the Assateague Channel in any direction! The living room offers two sofas and an oversized chair for plenty of comfort. Kick back and relax in the AC while you are taking in the spectacular views or if you want the fresh salty air, step out onto the first level screened in porch! There is a picnic table and chairs for your enjoyment and right off of the porch are steps that go directly onto your private, deep-water dock. Enjoy fishing, crabbing, sunbathing right from the dock, or if you're traveling with a boat and/or kayaks, go out for a cruise! Once you make your way upstairs, you will find the full-size bathroom with a shower/tub combo in the hallway. Down the hallway you will find a spacious bedroom with a queen size bed, TV, armoire, and lots of windows to offer natural lighting, as well as a bay window overlooking the Channel. The second upstairs bedroom also offers a queen size bed, TV, a roomy closet and sliding glass doors to access the large, shared balcony.
