On the first floor, you'll also find a large bathroom with double sinks and a shower-tub combo. The open and spacious kitchen features ample counter space and well-equipped appliances. To the left of the kitchen, there's a cozy space with a daybed and a rocker, perfect for rejuvenating before your next island adventure. Additionally, there's a half bath with a stacked washer and dryer and a storage space for your  beach necessities!
 
As you make your way upstairs, you'll notice the original hardwood floors throughout the hallway and bedrooms. The entire upstairs level has an island feel with nautical decor and wooden furnishings. The master bedroom has a queen-size bed, while the second bedroom offers a bunk bed with a single and full-size bed. Outside, there's a large backyard with plenty of space for your dog to play and an outdoor shower to rinse off after a day at the beach.Additional features of this house include a queen size sleeper sofa, washer/dryer, dishwasher, grill, outside shower, central A/C, WIFI, a spacious yard, and lots of board games and books.
