This two-story Chincoteague style home has quite the charm. It sits right on Ridge Road, close to the Veterans Memorial Park and the Chincoteague Carnival. This home has warm, neutral tones with a cozy vibe that will make you feel right at home. Through the front of the house is a spacious enclosed porch where you can enjoy your morning coffee and listen to the birds chirping while enjoying the sunrise. The living room has a relaxing, yet entertaining environment. There is a large flat screen TV, a pull-out sofa, and a comfortable reclining chair. There is a dining room with plenty of room to gather your friends and family. Also on the first floor is a large bathroom with double sinks and a shower tub combo. There is an open and spacious kitchen with lots of counter space and well-equipped appliances. To the left of the kitchen is a space where you can kick back and relax on the daybed or rocker while rejuvenating for your next adventure on the island. There is also a half bath with a stacked washer and dryer, a storage space with all of the beach necessities, including chairs, umbrellas, and boogie boards. Making your way up the narrow stairwell that is a common attribute to the Chincoteague style homes, you will notice the original hardwood floors throughout the hallway and bedrooms. The entire upstairs level has that island feel with nautical decor and wooden furnishings. The master bedroom has a queen size bed, and the second bedroom offers a bunk bed with a single and full-size bed. There is a large backyard with plenty of space for your dog to play and also an outside shower to rinse off. Additional features of this house include a washer/dryer, dishwasher, grill, outside shower, central A/C, WIFI, a spacious yard, and lots of board games and books. Accommodates 8. No smoking.
