Just steps away, you'll find your own private dock, perfect for crabbing, clamming, fishing, or simply sharing memories of your Chincoteague adventures. Enjoy a meal at the picnic tables with a stunning waterfront view, or take advantage of the floating dock to easily launch your kayak for a day of exploration.
 
As you enter this house, you'll notice it is handicap accessible, featuring a wheelchair ramp alongside the steps. Through the front doors, you'll find a spacious dining area that seats eight, perfect for family gatherings and game nights. The fully equipped kitchen overlooks this area. The open layout is perfect for entertaining and offers stunning water views from almost every corner. This floor also features a full-sized bathroom. Towards the front of the house, you'll discover two seating areas. The first includes a queen sized pull-out sleeper sofa and a flat-screen TV, but the view of the Chincoteague Channel through the expansive windows might just steal your attention as you watch the tides change and boats cruise by.
 
As you ascend to the upper floor, you'll come across an electric wheelchair stair-lift for convenience. The top floor boasts two bedrooms. The first bedroom features a king-sized bed with a breathtaking view of the water overlooking Main Street. The second bedroom offers a full-sized bed. Additionally, a half bathroom completes this level, providing comfort and convenience during your stay.
