The dining area has seating for six and there is additional seating at the long breakfast bar. Off of the kitchen, there is a porch with a view of Main Street. Making your way into the living room, there is a flat screen TV with couches that recline. On those chilly days, you will appreciate the cozy fireplace! Open those glass doors and enjoy the breathtaking views of the Chincoteague Channel. There's plenty of patio furniture so your whole group can enjoy being together. A half bathroom completes this first level.
Heading upstairs to the second floor, there are two bedrooms. The first bedroom has 2 twin bunk beds and a private balcony that also overlooks Main Street. Through the hallway there is a full bathroom with a standup shower. This floor also hosts a primary suite that has a king size bed and a balcony with seating for two and an incredible view of the Chincoteague Channel. The private bathroom has double sinks and a jacuzzi tub! Make your way to the third floor to the second primary bedroom that is complete with a king-sized bed, a large bathroom with double sinks and a shower/tub combo. Also, enjoy the luxury of a private deck with incredible views of the Chincoteague Channel, complete with Adirondack chairs to relax and enjoy. The views and location of this house are hard to beat. This bedroom also has its own mini fridge for your convenience and of course, those late night snacks!
Farm to bay is directly on the Chincoteague Channel, providing unobstructed waterfront views. The pier and private boat slip provide a place for you to crab, fish, and clam just steps from the home. You can launch your kayaks, or even just have a picnic on the water!
