There is a shared full-sized bathroom. The kitchen is stocked with serving ware, cookware, Keurig coffee pot, and more. There is also a large washer & dryer to use for your convenience. This house also includes a smart TV, Roku, WIFI, central A/C, a charcoal grill, outside shower, and pergola deck. No smoking. No pets. Accommodates 6
