It has plenty of space for a mid-sized family or group of friends and offers a beautiful dock with creek views! After a long day of vacation, lounge out on your private deck or walk down to the shared dock to enjoy gorgeous views of the water. On days you don't feel like leaving the house, you'll love this large deck. In the morning, step outside to the deck, sip your coffee, and soak in the coastal breeze. Imagine sitting at the picnic table and taking in the beautiful tranquility this island has to offer. It's moments like these when we realize just how peaceful the island truly is. You will also have your own outside shower to wash off all of that sand and salt water after a long day at the beach!
As you walk upstairs to the second story, you will find two bedrooms. The first bedroom has a full-sized bed and its own private full bathroom. There is a little reading nook that allows the glowing sunlight in. The second bedroom has a queen-sized bed and its own private balcony with a view that overlooks the water. This floor also is completed with another full-sized bathroom.  
Heading back downstairs, your family will love to gather around the living area. There are two couches and a TV with a large dvd selection! There is also a queen sleep sofa. You can sit back and relax while watching some tv or you can open those glass doors and enjoy the salty sweet breeze. Making your way back towards the front of the house, you will find a dining space that is connected to the kitchen that has everything you need to whip up your favorite meal! A half bath and laundry area with a washer and dryer complete the level. You and your family will love this home!
