Welcome to Black Bunny Crossing- a charming one-story retreat! You may be wondering where the name Black Bunny Crossing comes from. for many years, a black bunny has made frequent appearances throughout this quiet little neighborhood. Nobody really knows where he came from but if you are lucky enough to stay at this beautiful rental, you might be lucky enough to see him!
As you make your way into this home, you will notice a beautiful living area. This living room is expansive and perfect for entertaining, providing ample space for everyone to come together. The heart of the home is the fully equipped kitchen, which flows into a spacious dining area, ideal for family meals and gatherings.
 
Down the hallway, you will find a lovely primary bedroom that boasts a king-sized bed and an en-suite bathroom equipped with a stand-up shower. Across the hallway there is a bonus room that has a comfortable futon. This room has an attached screened in porch for those relaxing evenings. Curl up on this porch with a good book and watch your favorite pup run around the fenced in yard! Making your way back down the hallway, there are two more bedrooms- one with a queen bed and the other with a twin. There is an additional full bathroom conveniently located in the hallway.
 
Make your way out to the spacious backyard, where you can unwind on the screened-in porch or soak up the sun on the large deck. Imagine enjoying al fresco dining at the table while grilling on the deck, surrounded by the sounds of nature! Most importantly, the fenced-in yard is perfect for your furry friends to run and play.
 
Additional features of this property include a charcoal grill, outside shower, washer and dryer, Wifi, and it is pet friendly! Can host up to two dogs (40 lbs and under). Accommodates 7.
