The first floor features an open, inviting flow- making it easy for everyone to gather together. The kitchen features crisp white cabinetry, butcher block countertops, a stylish mosaic backsplash, and stainless steel appliances-all set up for easy meal prep. Just beyond, the living room offers comfy seating and a Roku TV for relaxing nights in. A stackable washer and dryer plus a full bathroom with a tub/shower combo round out this floor. Step out the back door to the fenced-in yard-ideal for your pups! The deck, furnished with a table and chairs, provides a quiet spot to enjoy a meal while catching a glimpse of the Chincoteague Channel.
 
Up on the second floor, you'll find two welcoming bedrooms. One bedroom offers peaceful views of the channel, while the other overlooks Main Street. Both feature beautiful furniture and queen-size, remote-controlled adjustable beds for ultimate comfort. A shared full bathroom with a tub/shower combo and a cozy window nook with seating for two make this floor especially inviting. The third-floor loft expands the sleeping space with two two charming wrought-iron queen size beds under a vaulted ceiling and ceiling fan, giving it a cozy hideaway feel. This is perfect for families or groups of friends traveling together.
