Welcome to Chincoteague Comfort! This original  Chincoteague style home is located on Ocean Blvd. - very close to Historic Main Street, close to shops, restaurants, and local attractions, just minutes away from Maddox Blvd. You will be in the middle of the best of the island! This house is perfect for a large family or group of friends!
 
When it's time to get cozy, head on inside where there is plenty of space for everyone to relax and enjoy some peace and quiet. Right through the front door, you will find a seating area that leads you right into the dining area that seats 8. Create a delicious dinner of fresh, local seafood in the spacious kitchen to enjoy in the dining room or at the kitchen table, which has additional seating for 4. You can gather together to unwind in the living room that has a comfy couch & smart TV. Enjoy a family fun game night or start a puzzle on the large coffee table! Open those sliding glass doors that will lead you to a back deck. This is the perfect spot to grill out on the charcoal grill while enjoying some fresh air!
 
Heading upstairs, you will find 3 bedrooms and a bonus room. Three bedrooms have queen beds and the last room has a Pyramid Bunk with a double and twin bed! All bedrooms have a smart TV! In the hallway there is a shared full size bathroom with a stand up shower.
 
Additional features of this home include a charcoal grill, 3 bedrooms + a bonus room, 2 bathrooms, WiFi, central A/C and heat, washer/dryer, and is just  a short distance to Main Street and Maddox Blvd. No smoking. Pet friendly for dogs up to 40 lbs. Accommodates 9.
