Step inside to find a fully equipped kitchen stocked with everything you need to prepare meals during your stay. The breakfast bar and dining area provide the perfect space for gathering with family and friends, while the open-concept living area allows everyone to stay connected. The living room features a Smart TV, board games, a deck of cards, and a sleeper sofa for additional sleeping accommodations.Large sliding glass doors lead directly to the spacious waterfront deck, where the true beauty of this property shines. Enjoy your morning coffee while watching the sunrise over the Assateague Lighthouse, cast a fishing line from your private dock, drop a kayak into the channel, or try your hand at crabbing using the provided crab traps. Keep an eye out for the many species of birds and wildlife that call Chincoteague home as boats pass by on the water. A convenient half bathroom completes the first floor.
