After hours, you may call our 24 hour emergency number, which is listed in all of our rental properties.
As long as your reservation is paid in full and you have signed all of your paperwork, your keys will be left in our arrivals box. The arrivals box is located on our office porch which is left of our front door.
Yes, or you can rent them through our office.
As long as the house is pet friendly and you have paid your pet fee, yes. Check out our vacation rentals and click “Pets Considered” box to see all of our pet friendly properties!
As of 2024, not yet. Eventually, this will be an option. For now, you can email us at vacations@chincoteague.com or call us at 757-336-3720 and one of our lovely reservation agents will take care of you!
Of course! Each house has a cleaning crew that goes in after each check out. They clean, sanitize, and prepare for the next guests.
We have a locked key drop box outside of our office. It is located right by the front door.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, Cash and Personal checks are accepted up to 30 days prior to arrival. If the full rental is being paid by a personal check, we still require a credit card number on file for insurance purposes.
